The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for the construction of a NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL including 5857 square meters building with 17 classrooms, 4 kinder rooms, gym, childcare facility, EarlyON center, solar panels, car charging stations, as further described herein at: New Brockville Elementary School, 556 King Street West, Brockville, ON The Work is to be performed from the contract award date (anticipated to be Upon Award of Contract) for a period of December 1, 2023. Only Pre-Qualified Contractors are allowed to bid. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
