Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
* * As of 3/3/2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Whitehall Road Regional Park Phase I: Prime contracts will include: (1) Earthwork, sitework, and concrete; (2) Pavement, line striping, and signage; (3) Landscaping-Purchasing and Delivery; (3A) Seeding; (4) Fencing; (5) Playground Installation; and (6) Electrical Construction. Alternate contracts will include Synthetic Turf Fields (07-A1) and Installation of Overstory/Understory and Parking Lot Trees (03-01). Bids must include acertified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bonds must be issued by asurety licensed to do business in PA. This is aPrevailing Wage project. Local con- 's tractors are encouraged to bid. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/4/2020 5:00 PM A. Notice to Proceed: January 2021 B. Site General Contractor must have the grading completed at the site sufficient to allow the electrical contractor to install service lines by January 2022 C. Site General Contractor must have the grading completed at the site sufficient to allow the paving contractor to install surfaces by April 2022 D. Final completion of the Site General Contract: November 2022 Replace locations that call out a 36" sock with a 32" sock
