Site work for a golf course in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
This project consists of renovations to the existing bunkers on both the Dales and Hills courses at the Community Golf Course complex located at 2917 Berkley Street Dayton, Ohio 45409. Work includes and other work incidental thereto. Prime Contractors must attend the pre-bid conference meeting in its entirety. Any company not present for the entirety of the pre-bid conference will be prohibited from bidding on this project as a prime contractor. The purpose of this pre-bid conference is the review the project details and tour the golf course to review each hole and bunker on this project. The Owner's Representative, Golf Course Superintendent, and Golf Course Architect will be available at the pre-bid conference. This project consists of renovations to the existing bunkers at both the Hills and Dales Courses at Community Golf Course. Work includes the removal of the existing turf grass, stockpiling existing topsoil, grading and shaping for new work, installing drainage, constructing the proposed bunkers, placing bluegrass sod, and performing other work incidental thereto. The exact scope of work is as described in detail in the project bid documents. MBE (11.5%), WBE (6.9%) Engineer's Estimate of Cost: $460,000.00
