Renovation of a municipal facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Successful bidder will be required to post an acceptable Performance Bond in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. If successful bidder fails to enter into a proper contract or defaults in any portion of his bid, the bid guarantee shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Bid guaranties of unsuccessful bidders will be returned following award of bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio in accordance with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Ohio, ORC Sections 4115.03 and 4115.16 and related requirements. The board of county commissioners of clark county, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids; and the board also reserves the right to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the bid item.
