Site work and renovation of a civil project in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Replacement of Sanitary Forcemains (Group 2) in various locations in the City of Toronto. The scope includes upgrades to existing pumping stations for the Replacement of Sanitary Forcemain (FM) at the following locations: Bluffers, 14 Brimley Road South; Fallingbrook, 7 Fallingbrook Dr; Grey Abbey, 144 Grey Abbey Trail; Warren Park, 6 Pasadena Gardens; Humber 490 Riverside Drive; Island Road, 251 Island Road; Skydome, 65 Navy Warf Crt; Cumber SPS, Lawrence Ave E and Meadovale Rd; Mimico SPS 9 Superior Ave; and New Toronto SPS, 31 Lakeshore Dr. TIMELINE: Detailed engineering design is complete. The first tender for the site was awarded as Basement Flooding Protection Program, Phase 4, Assignments 5-01 followed separately. Navy Wharf Court has been issued for tender and is followed separately. Further tenders are expected late 2024. Contract is expected to start on date of award and end on December 31, 2027. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
