Waterfront Toronto Indigenous Centre. TIMELINE: The owner has issued a Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation to prospective firms to submit proposals for Indigenous Centre Feasibility Study. The purpose of this RFP is to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study which includes engaging culture, design and costing consultants to compliment Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation (MCFN) and the Waterfront Toronto in-house expertise to determine the scope, scale (size and space requirements), costing (capital and operating), potential partnerships and clear programmatic components of a waterfront Indigenous Centre. To obtain access and corresponding documents to the above-mentioned opportunity, vendors are required to submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement to Waterfront Toronto. The Confidentiality Agreement can be obtained from the owner's procurement website. Further project schedules will be determined pending completion and approval of the study.
