Renovation of a municipal facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project scope involves the replacement and repair of the existing elevator equipment at the City Hall. Replacement of the elevator shall consist of hoist machines, hoist cables, controller mounted drive and related accessories for three passenger elevators and one service elevator as shown in construction documents. Includes providing new wall panels, ceiling panels, lighting and finishes at existing passenger elevator cabs. Make all code required changes and meet all requirements as indicated in drawings and specifications. Refer to contract documents, plans and specifications for additional information.
