Superior Mechanical Corporation was awarded the project. Scope of Work: Replace two (2) outdoor rooftop gas heating units with Trane units Model Numbers GRBA40GFJF0. Furnish materials and labor necessary for the replacement of two (2) outdoor rooftop gas heating units with Trane units Model Numbers GRBA40GFJF0. The contractor shall bid to furnish the following labor, licenses, material, equipment, tools, permits and insurance necessary to complete this project. Contractor is responsible for his own measurements General clean up daily and all trash removal from site is required. All work must be done in accordance with generally accepted standards in a neat and orderly manner. Contractor shall provide a workmanship warranty on all work. The submission of a bid shall indicate the bidder thoroughly understands the specifications, conditions, and scope of work. Prices will show labor and material cost.
