Construction Finish December 1, 2024 Weld County is seeking proposals for a turn-key lump sum bid to replace three vehicle service lifts in Fleet Service maintenance shop. Weld County Fleet Services building is located at 1399 17th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. No bid bond is required for this project. Bids over $50,000 will require a payment (100%) and performance (100%) bond. Performance and payment bonds must be submitted using an AIA-A312 bond form. Other bond forms will not be accepted. Weld County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, to award the bid to multiple vendors, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, is to the best interests of Weld County. The bid(s) may be awarded to more than one vendor.
