The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. The successful Offeror will be required to furnish a performance bond in accordance with Chapter 2253, Government Code, in the amount of 100% of the total contract price in the event that said contract price exceeds $100,000 and the successful Offeror will be required to furnish a payment bond in accordance with Chapter 2253, Government Code, in the amount of 100% of the total contract price in the event that said contract price exceeds $50,000. Said statutory bonds should be issued by a company carrying a current Best Rating of "A" or better. Expected award date is August 16, 2022. Engineer's Estimated Cost: $400,000.00 The construction/replacement covered by the contract documents shall be substantially completed within 60 Working Days Start: 9/12/2022 Final Completion: 01/16/2023
