Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of January 18, 2023, construction has been completed. An exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. In general the work consists of clearing and grubbing, site and subgrade preparation, HMA pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, downspout connections, storm drainage, grading, topsoil, and restoration. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
