Monday 12/07/20 Last date for addenda to be faxed to Bidders (If Necessary) The Project consists of HVAC Replacement at Rancocas Valley Regional High School, 520 Jacksonville Road, New Jersey 08060. Owner: Rancocas Valley Regional High School District, 520 Jacksonville Road, New Jersey 08060. Contract Documents were prepared for the Project by Garrison Architects, 713 Creek Road, Bellmawr, NJ 08031. The Bidding Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify all existing conditions, dimensions and areas prior to submitting a responsive / responsible bid. Such site visits shall be for familiarizing the Contractor with the conditions as they exist and the character of the operations to be carried on under the Contract Documents, including all existing site conditions, access to the site, physical characteristics of the site and surrounding areas. All Contract Work on the new Chiller plant, piping loops and associated unit ventilator replacement throughout the Main Building must be completed on or before September 3, 2021. All remaining Contract Work must be completed on or before August 19, 2022.
