For the following solicitation: PROFESSIONAL CLEANING, SANITIZING, AND DISINFECTING OF VARIOUS BUILDINGS FOR THE COUNTY OF BURLINGTON (RFP-22-0041) Instructions, specifications, and proposal forms are available online at the County of Burlington Web Site. In order to maintain a current list of potential proposers and to receive information regarding upcoming solicitations, new proposers must complete the registration form provided on the website. Please complete all fields as requested. It is recommended proposers use their email address as their login. NOTE TO PROPOSERS REGARDING THE COVID-19 DECLARED STATE OF EMERENCY FOR THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY: Proposals may still be mailed to the County of Burlington as provided in the specifications. Any individuals making in-person deliveries shall be required to observe all social distancing and face mask covering directives as per the State of New Jersey. All proposals are still due at the prevailing time and location as per the specifications. The County of Burlington is not responsible for any misdirected or late deliveries during the Covid-19 declared state of emergency. Proposals must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications; must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the proposer and solicitation identification on outside; addressed to the Department of Finance/Division of Purchase, County Office Building, 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey 08060. ANY PROPOSALS NOT IN POSSESSION OF THE COUNTY PURCHASING AGENT BY THE SPECIFIED PREVAILING TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED. THE COUNTY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPOSALS MAILED OR MISDIRECTED IN DELIVERY. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION; Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive any immaterial defects or informality in any proposal or in the proposing should it be in the best interest of the County to do so.
