Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
For Agate Height Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Replace an existing manganese removal treatment system with new 60 gpm package treatment system, telemetry panel, and associated appurtenances. The District Office is currently closed to the public due to COVID-19. Contractors who want to view the plans and specifications that are held at the District office will need to make alternate arrangements. Contract documents and plan holders' list can be obtained from Applied Digital Imaging, 1803 N. State Street, Bellingham, WA 98225 (360) 671-9465 (allow 24-hour notice for printing). Award of the contract(s) will be to the lowest responsive responsible Bidder. Please direct questions regarding this project to the Consultant Wilson Engineering, LLC, Brian Smith, P.E. (360) 733-6100 or bsmith@wilsonengineering.com. Within 24 hours following the bid opening, Bidders may obtain Bid results . Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project. In determining Bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the criteria set forth in DIVISION 00300 SUPPLEMENTAL BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY CRITERIA. Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or irregularities. Estimated Base Bid Cost Range: $175,000 - $225,000
