The City of Bellingham (City) issued a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for Exterior Window Cleaning Contract. The Project scope to provide exterior commercial window cleaning at the listed locations in the City of Bellingham, that includes conducting preliminary assessment of the exterior windows to identify hazards, access challenges and specialized cleaning requirements. The initial term of the contract resulting from this RFP shall be 1 (one) year, plus 4 (four additional 1 (one) year periods upon mutual agreement.
