Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Lummi Shore Road Pedestrian Improvements - Phase 2 project is located along the west side of the Lummi Shore Drive, between Kwina Road and Haxton Way. INTENT OF WORK The project provides for the improvement of approximately 5064 LF of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and roadway widening including the construction and installation of storm sewer systems and watermain improvements, all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof for the construction the Lummi Shore Road Pedestrian Improvements -Phase 2. The Owner reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities and to reject any or all bids for any reason, or no reason at all, if it deems that to do so is in the Owner's best interests. All contractors and subcontractors working on public improvement contracts shall demonstrate that an employee drug testing program is in place.
