The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the FM-407 exit. Exit FM-407 and turn left, heading west. Continue heading west for approximately 0.3 miles and turn right onto Harvest Way heading north. Continue heading north for approximately 0.8 miles and turn right onto Old Justin Rd. heading east. Continue heading east for approximately 0.1 miles and Phase 12 will be on the north side of Old Justin Road. Harvest Phase 12 consists of 31,100 SY (11,200 LF) of pavement for 191 residential lots. The bidder shall submit either a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities.
