Site work and new construction of a civil project in Pontiac, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Pontiac is inviting sealed Bid Proposals from interested and qualified parties for the City of Pontiac Rec Plex and Force Main. The project consists of a new pump station and force main to serve the Citys existing Recreational Complex. This work shall include all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, and services necessary and required to perform the project as set forth in the Contract Documents. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Treasurer of the City of Pontiac or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
