Pontiac 429 is seeking to engage a firm for the completion of one facilitys planning project. 1.10-year Health/Life/Safety Survey and Report (conducted in late spring/summer 2023; presented upon completion) Timeline for Selecting a Firm The district would like to select a firm as soon as possible so the Health/Life/Safety survey can be scheduled to be conducted in the late-spring/summer of 2023. Process for Selecting a Firm The process for selecting a firm will include a review of qualifications submitted by each firm (see below). This review will be conducted by the Superintendent. This review will also include an interview with the superintendent. Interviews would take place in mid-November. The superintendent will then make a recommendation to engage a particular firm to the full Board for approval at the December 15,2022 board meeting. Desired Items for Submission Submissions of qualifications should include the following: 1. Examples of previous K-12 projects 2. At least 3 references from K-12 districts 3.. Sample schedule/timeline for HLS survey 6.
