Questions must be received by 5/4/21 at 3:00 p.m. MST This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34-601 et seq. A general description of the Project is: This project includes design and construction of new water distribution pipelines, valves and meters in the Town water service area, formerly a segment of the Tankersley Water System, in the Queen Creek Road and Greenfield Road area. This project includes design and construction of new water distribution pipelines, valves and meters in the Town water service area, formerly a segment of the Tankersley Water System, in the Queen Creek Road and Greenfield Road area. The project consists of design and construction oversight of the Architect/Engineer and CM@R selected for the project. The responsibilities of the PM/CM are set forth in the attached Pro forma contract for PM/CM services (Form 4.1.4) and PM/CM Scope of Work (Form 4.1.5). The total program budget for the project is approximately $13,362,000, including internal and external costs. The PM/CM will serve as Gilbert’s representative and liaison between the Architect/Engineer, construction contractor, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders as needed throughout the Project. The PM/CM, in general, shall advocate for Gilbert interests of quality, timely and cost- sensitive design and construction while maintaining professional relationships with all parties
