Completed plans call for the addition of a 51,084-square-foot, four-story above grade, 48-unit multi-residential development; for the renovation of a two-story above grade multi-residential development; and office development.

The Transitional and Support Housing for up to 48 homeless and vulnerable youth. The building will be 6-storeys, behind the retained façade of Vatcher Hall. The Transitional and Support Housing component includes a continuum of options, from emergency housing to transitional housing, depending on an individual's needs.
