24 Hour Attendant Monitoring, Complaint Resolution and Video Surveillance Services at Chown and Hanson Memorial Parking Garages, as further described in Part 2 of the RFP Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The City requires to secure 24 hour intercom services for the following at both the Chown Memorial Parking Garage located at 197 Brock Street and the Hanson Memorial Parking Garage located at 105 Brock Street, downtown Kingston: Provide immediate intercom service to patrons when alerted by one of the parking garages assistance buttons, Provide intercom on the spot resolution to patron inquiries resulting from assistance button being activated, Monitor existing IP-Video surveillance within parking garages on a case-by-case bases. Provide on site resolution as required outside of normal operating hours (8:00am-5:00pm) Question Deadline 06/06/2022 04:00:00 PM ET
