Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of construction of approximately 1,370 LF of 12-inch waterline by open cut and trenchless methods along Barker Cypress Road from Coventry Park Drive to West Little York Road. The project is located in Harris County, Texas approximately 27 miles from the Central Business District (CBD) of the City of Houston. The District is generally bounded to the north by F.M. 529 Road, to the south by West Little York Road, to the west by Barker Cypress Road, and to the east by Queenston Boulevard. For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open.
