Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project consists of the furnishing and installing of a new pump station, complete with wet well, valve vault, flow meter, emergency pump connection and control panel, approximately 100' of 4" force main, approximately 70' of 8" PVC gravity sewer, asphalt milling and resurfacing, decommissioning of an existing pump station, demolition of an existing house, shed, deck, driveway, and all other items shown on the plans and mentioned in the specifications for a complete project. The bids shall be Unit Price for all work shown on the plans and called for in the specifications with unit prices for extras as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders in the specifications and submitted in duplicate on the State Board of Accounts Form No. 96. An executed State Board of Accounts Form 96a or similar document shall be required. The bidder must file with their sealed bid proposal, a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid, payable to the Jeffersonville Sewer Board. The above checks or bonds are to insure the execution of the contract on which such bids are made. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish, before commencing work, a performance, maintenance and payment bond to extend for a period of one year after final acceptance, in an amount equal to the bid price of the contract awarded to said Contractor and Certificates of all Insurance as described in the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents, including the Plans and Specifications are on file for public inspection at the Jeffersonville North WWTP, 423 Lewman Way, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
