The Work is a Public Works Project Subject to Ors 279c.800 to 279c.870 or 40 U.s.c. Section 3141, Et Seq. The Proposed Work Contemplated for the Project Consists of Installing 1,600 Feet of New 12-inch Ductile Iron Water Main as Described Below: Abandonment of Existing Water Main and the Construction of New 12-inch Ductile Iron Water Line Along Hwy 99 From Mcdonald Lane to Mcdaniel Lane. Work Also Includes Installing Approximately 170 Feet of 10-inch Ductile Iron Water Main Across Hwy 99 at the Intersection of Mcdaniel Lane, Removal and Replacement of Asphalt (Existing Thickness 8-12 Inches), Sidewalk Removal and Replacement, Installation of New Water Services, Connection to Existing Water Mains, Exposing and Repairing Two Existing Electrical Conduits at the Intersection of Hwy 99 and Mcdonald Lane, and All Incidental Related Work as Described in the Contract. Bids Will Be Evaluated for Compliance With the Contract Requirements Listed Herein. Notice of Award Will Be Provided to the Bidder Submitting the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid Within Twenty (20) Days After Bid Opening. No Pre-bid Conference Will Be Conducted.
