No estimated time frame yet. 4190159 As set forth in the plans and specifications. the project is designed for the construction of a new Matthew Holzapfel pump Station with a 10 MGD initial capacity (30 MGD ultimate) and 3.0- million-gallon ground storage tank. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: sitework, 5,712 s.f. pump station building, 3.0 million gallon prestressed concrete ground storage tank, yard piping, two (2) 3,000 gpm horizontal split case pumps and 300 HP motors, two (2) 750 gpm end suction closed coupled pumps and 75 HP motors, water disinfection system with building, electrical system including a 1,000 kw emergency generator with building, controls, supply meter and vault, and on-site sanitary septic system. Bidder must submit, with their Bid, a Cashier's check, Certified check or a Bid Bond from an approved surety company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and guarantee forms, if required, within 10 days after notice of award of contract. The successful bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, from an approved Surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety, and acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding Certificates of Authority from the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, or another Surety acceptable to the City.
