Site work and paving for a road / highway in Park Forest, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Village of Park Forest is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from Professional Engineering firms for Phase I Engineering and project management services, with the option to negotiate a contract for Phase II Design Engineering and Phase III Construction Engineering, for a Federal Aid - Urban (FAU) roadway improvement project. The firms must be familiar with, but not limited to, the standards and specifications for environmental clearance, investigating, planning, surveying, and designing of roadway projects as well as the applicable/respective Phase paperwork and procurement requirements and procedures of the State of Illinois (through the Illinois Dept. of Transportation - IDOT) and the United States Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The Village reserves the right to, reject any and all submittals at its discretion, and make a decision that best serves the needs of the Village. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
