Site work for a water / sewer project in Missouri City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is located in Missouri City. From the City of Houston head West on IH-10 until you reach I-610. Merge onto I-610 South and head toward US-Alternate Highway 90 West. Continue on US-Alternate Highway 90 West until you reach Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road. Drive south down Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road for 7 Miles and exit Lake Olympia Parkway. Drive 0.25 miles west on Lake Olympia Parkway. Turn left onto Dry Creek Drive and continue for 1.25 miles to reach the project site. For construction contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit either a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, you must be able to provide Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 48 (the "Owner") with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the Owner's inability to execute the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open.
