For Re-placement of a Roof on a Compost Shed The Township of Penn, Snyder County, Pennsylvania, is accepting sealed bids for the re-placement of a roof on a compost shed, the same measuring 30 ft. x 36 ft. x 14 ft high. The same includes removal of metal, sheathing and old rafters; install new 2x8 rafters, rafter ties and braces; install new W CBX plywood and synthetic felt; install new metal roofing and trims; and reinstall lighting and overhead door tracks. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certi- fied Treasurers Check, Certified Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
