Solicitation SW-01 Anticipated Construction Cost$5,000,000-$5,999,999 The roadway pavement treatment is needed to extend the service life. Treat the 11.7 mile perpetuation project with a pavement mill and overlay with portions to be mill and relay with concrete repair in Gays Mills. The project is from STH 27 to USH 61 on STH 171 in Crawford County. Update curb ramps as needed to meet ADA requirements. Investigate need for real estate acquisition at curb ramps. Provide drainage analysis at several new curb and gutter areas and improve drainage at STH 171/131 intersection in Gays Mills. Design replacement for existing guardrail areas. The contract price will be based on the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Advertised Fixed Fee %7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
