Heritage Hall is a 38,000-square-foot underground structure located below the west lawn of the Capitol that will receive future visitors to the building as well as house exhibit and event space. The building will be structural concrete with interior structural steel columns on concrete footings. This Bid Package 3 for Heritage Hall interiors includes site concrete, landscaping, masonry, decorative glass and metal railings, scaffolding, glass glazing and aluminum entrances, joint sealants, general trades, walls and ceilings, hard tile and stone tile, terrazzo, carpet and soft tile, painting, vinyl wall coverings, and wall fabric, and folding partition doors to complete the full interior space of the building.
