Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project.
The intent of this request for proposals is to secure a construction contract for the expansion of the existing membrane water treatment plant facility, including improvements to make it a stand alone water treatment plant. This project is being procured using the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method as allowed by Local Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter D. Construction shall be fully complete within 24 consecutive calendar months. The deadline for all questions shall be 12:00 PM (noon) CST on Thursday, January 7, 2021.
