Renovation of a municipal facility in Elk Grove, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work shall be performed in accordance with this Contract, Supplemental Information, Exhibits, Plans and other Contract documents. The proposed Work shall include but not be limited to the following: replace the existing vehicle gate operator systems located at 8380 Laguna Palms Way and 10190 Iron Rock Way. The 8380 Laguna Palms Way location will receive new detector loops, replace the two existing motors with two new Maximum Control Max Megatron 1400 PRO motor, installation of new concrete pads for the new motors and shall maintain power to the existing camera and back-up emergency generator connection, remove the existing motion detector, maintain existing "Click2Enter", and maintain existing access control security connections. The 10190 Iron Rock Way location will receive new gate rollers, upper guides and replace the operator chains, remove the two existing gate motors and replace with two new Maximum Control Max 1700 FS motors, and maintain the "Click2Enter" and access control security connections (Work). At the conclusion of the Work the vehicle gates shall have the same operational functions as the existing vehicle gate operator systems and as intended by the manufacturer at both locations.
