Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clayton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Work of the Project generally includes, but is not limited to, the following principle items: o Installation of a 705 GPM submersible wastewater pumping system including two nonclog submersible pumps in a 10-foot diameter precast concrete wet well with guide rails and associated piping and appurtenances, a pump control panel, related electrical gear, site piping, valve vault, flow meter vault and 10-inch magnetic flow meter, open channel grinder, and site work. o Installation of approximately 50 linear feet of 12-inch PVC force main with restrained joints. o Partial demolition and renovation of existing facilities
