*The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Project includes the following Work: The Town of Clayton is soliciting bids from qualified construction firms (Prime Contractors) experienced with wastewater treatment facility infrastructure to provide land surveying, permitting, construction, and startup/commissioning services for the construction of a new 6 million gallons per day ("MGD") water reclamation facility ("Water Reclamation Facility" or "WRF" or "Project"). The Town has performed a prequalification approval process ahead of the issuing of this Bid request. Firms that have been approved by the Town prior to the publication of this "Advertisement for Bids" to be considered for this project. The Town of Clayton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
