Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in King George, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Repair/replace according to Scope of Work attached. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to remove and dispose of the old materials and repair a residential bathroom to its original function and aesthetics. The residence is located within Caledon State Park located at 11617 Caledon Road, King George, VA 22485. All work associated with this project is to be scheduled upon award of solicitation and completed within thirty (30) days from award. Work to be completed from Monday-Friday beginning at 8:00AM and coordinated with Park Management. A site visit is REQUIRED prior to bidding. Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of damaged flooring and the toilet in the hall bathroom. Toilet will be replaced with new toilet already on-site. B. Contractor shall remove and replace any subfloor that is damaged. C. Contractor shall replace existing vent fan with another that meets or exceeds the CFM rating for the size of the bathroom. D. Contractor shall treat exposed areas for mold/mildew with an approved product made for this purpose. E. Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all insulation in the entire crawlspace. F. Contractor shall replace insulation throughout the entire crawlspace. Insulation shall be rated no less than R-30. G. Contractor shall obtain any permits necessary to conduct the work and will complete the work according to any building codes and/or regulations required by the Commonwealth of Virginia. H. Contractor shall remove the vanity and replace once repairs are completed. All plumbing must be reinstalled and available for use by the Commonwealth.
