Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Masonry and Concrete Repairs at DCR Facilities Statewide. Repairs may include: restoration of masonry walls, reconstruction or stabilization of stone and brick areas, replacement of deteriorated cast in place concrete building components, etc. This is a statewide work order contract for building sites not identified at this time and will include work on historic structures. Work on historic structures shall comply with appropriate state and federal preservation standards. The Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise participation benchmark for this contract is 3.0%. The contractor should consider these participation goals of 10.4% MBE/WBE and 3.0% VOBE as requirements under the contract.
