Renovation of a medical facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract comprises of renovations and upgrades to the Medical Device Reprocessing Centre (MDRC) in multiple locations at the Foothills Medical Centre (FMC). These locations are as follows: McCaig Tower Main MDR (Basement) Construct Ante Room vestibules for entry/exit to clean area. Upgrade equipment, storage and work areas in the Clean Area including but not limited to Steam Sterilization, Plasma Sterilization, Heat Sealing, Case Cart Coordination, & Processing Storage. Develop physical barrier between the soiled area and elevator lobby. Develop Chemical Storage near the soiled area. Renovate Clean & Soiled Anesthesia Rooms Modifications to Cart Stripping, Manual Cleaning, Processing & Clean Storage areas FMC Main Building Satellite MDR (Basement) Full development of area including Decontamination Room, Cart Washer, Clean Assembly, Sterile Holding, Ante Rooms and support spaces. Respiratory Equipment Reprocessing (Basement) Full development of area including Equipment Receiving, Reassembly & Testing, Equipment Holding, & Ante Rooms. Fourth Floor G.I. (Level 4) Renovations to Soiled Holding & Clean Scope Storage Areas. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project. To obtain the NDA for this project refer to document details in this report.
