Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of 1/29/2021 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. The project consists of providing safe and ADA compliant pedestrian crossings. The improvements will include new ADA ramps and new HAWK signals. Signing and marking will be done by City staff. This project consists of the following four locations. Maryvale Parkway and Glenrosa Avenueo Behrend Road and 35th Avenue Van Buren Street and 30th Street Yale Street and 32nd Street Work and Materials requirements for this project are to be in accordance with the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Uniform Standard Specifications and Details for Public Works Construction and the City of Phoenix Supplement to the MAG Uniform Standard Specifications and Details for Public Works Construction latest editions. This is a federal-aid project. The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, shall be the minimum wages paid to the described classes of laborers and mechanics employed or working on the site to perform the contract. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible responsive bidder or all bids will be rejected, as soon as practicable after the date of opening bids.
