Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project includes open cut replacement of approximately 328 lineal feet of new eight (8) inch PVC sanitary sewer mains, nine sewer services, two (2) sanitary sewer manholes. Project also involves the replacement of approximately 382 lineal feet of new eight (8) inch water main with ten (10) service connections, appurtenances, and corrosion protection. Surface restoration will consist of asphalt patching and concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk.
