The Work includes removal, salvage, storage, modification and reinstallation of existing bronze bas relief Percent for Art artwork, Fire Scene (or Firemen In Action) by Harold Kimmelman, mounted on the exterior of the existing turret below the window sill, near the corner of South and 6th Streets. The project is to be built to meet LEED v4.1 Silver at a minimum. The Work also includes installing protection over the existing wall mural on the South elevation of the Fire House along South Street, protecting it from any damage or negative impact from all construction activities.
