Question Submission Close Date - 12/7/2020 5:00 PM MST The WORK requested in this PROPOSAL includes supply and delivery, including freight charges and startup services for two barrel-mounted vertical turbine pumps and motors for the JBM Pump Station, complete as described in the Proposal Documents. The OWNERs general contractor will receive and install the pumps and motors and coordinate with the Supplier during start up and commissioning of the equipment. The City will issue a Notice of Award to the selected PROPOSER and provide payment for delivery and successful startup and commissioning of the equipment. The undersigned SUPPLIER understands that the OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the OWNER. SUPPLIER agrees that the furnishing of WORK will conform to the schedule set forth in the Notice Inviting Proposals.Proposal Documents may only be obtained electronically. Contact: Justun Edwards (jedwards@herriman.org). Delivery time is of the essence for the equipment specified. The OWNER requires that the pump barrels be available for installation at the site no later than April 1, 2021, and the complete pump and motor assemblies no later than May 1, 2021.
