Question Submission Close Date 10/28/2021 5:00 PM MDT Herriman City (Owner) will accept Statements of Qualifications from contractors interested in bidding on the Juniper Canyon Recreation Area (JCRA) Eastern Trailhead. The JCRA Eastern Trailhead is new construction and will include but is not limited to the clearing, excavation, and installation of the following improvements: a lighted parking lot with underground detention, a prefabricated restroom and pavilion, concrete work, a paved trail, landscape and irrigation improvements. Bids will only be accepted from those that are prequalified by the Owner, no other Contractors will be eligible to bid on this project.
