Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The BMX Park consists of: Installation of approximately 588 LF of culinary & secondary main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 310 LF of sewer main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 3,800 LF of storm drain main and associated appurtenances Installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk and asphalt parking lot A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid. No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to bbloemen@syracuseut.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
