Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction, including general construction Work. Direct questions to Erin Behm, email; ebehm@syracuseut.gov. Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing by Wednesday, November 9, 2022, by 5pm. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum issued on Monday, November 14th by 4pm, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipients. The bidder may also contact Annette Coleman at the following email address and phone number with questions regarding project and site: annettecoleman@gallowayus.com. Bids shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid closing date Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
