Renovation of a water / sewer project in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Clarification Deadline: 12/7/2020 4:00 PM Project consists of furnishing and installation of two variable frequency drives for existing water booster pumps including all panels, wiring, conduits and ties to existing panels located the Jacoby Water Station, 4229 Midland Road, Allentown PA 18104. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price is required to be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days after the date of the Notice of Award. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents. Any questions or concerns concerning this notice should be directed to Donna Zackeru, Township Purchasing Agent, at 610-398-0401 ext. 227. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept, either in whole or in part, any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests. Township also reserves the right to waive or permit the curing of any informalities or irregularities in a bid as permitted by law.
