Site work for a mixed-use development in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 2,2022, this project has been awarded to CMR Construction Inc, With the awarded amount $246,755.70.** This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. The Work will include construction of three stormwater basins, plantings and associated pipework and storm structures. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Township of Salisbury in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements Bid results will be made available electronically. Requests for clarification are due Thursday, February 3, 2022
