It is the intent of the City to hire a contractor to establish a time and materials contract for on-call, on-site Overhead Door replacement, repair, inspection and maintenance, at various City owned and/or operated facilities. Any questions regarding this Bid should be posted to the questions electronically 10 % Bid Bond - Must be the first Item in your proposal packet The Contract term shall commence upon full execution and shall cease within one (1) year thereafter. Upon written notification, this contract can be extended for up to an additional three (3) one (1) year terms, beyond the contract expiration period, as negotiated and agreed upon, each year, between the City and the Contractor The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
