Window and Glass Cleaning Each bid shall be accompanied by an original Bid Bond signed by a surety company, with original signatures, authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total or a Certified Check, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or bank check in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total. Please have this as the 1st item in the submittal package. Questions regarding electronic submissions are welcome via email through Purchasing.Agent@allentownpa.gov. Performance and Labor & Materialman Bonds in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. Maintenance bond to comply with the Guaranty (See Section 1.17) in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the contract amount for a period of twelve (12) months from the final acceptance by the City.
