Site work and paving for a civil project in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
All Bidders must submit Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid total. The Project generally comprises construction of approximately 1,698 lineal feet of 12 inch, 4,143 lineal feet of 8 inch, 303 lineal feet of 6 inch ductile iron pipe water main and appurtenances including valves, fire hydrants, air release valve manholes, line stops, insertion valve, service lines and incidental work including site restoration seeding and pavement replacement restoration work in city streets and if accepted by the Owner an alternate for 45 lineal feet of 30 inch ductile iron pipe water main and appurtenances. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/23/2022 4:00 PM The LEHIGH COUNTY AUTHORITY reserves the right, at its option, to waive as an informality any, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids; and to reject any or all Bids.
